By placing an order with COTTON & SAGO you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays for which we will not be responsible.
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card. At that stage, your order will be dispatched, and you will be sent an email confirming this.
PRICING & AVAILABILITY
All prices on this site are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All prices and availabilities are as stated on the website, but COTTON & SAGO reserves the right at any time to revise the price of goods without notice. Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, small errors may occur. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost' at point of sale.
Full payment is required before shipping. Ordered items will be shipped once full payment in received in COTTON & SAGO's account.
We understand the importance and urgency to receive your order(s).
Currently COTTON & SAGO offers free shipping on all orders within Malaysia that are standard delivery (non-express) using Pos Laju.
For international shipping, please drop us an email for specific shipping fee.
For purchases above RM 500, you are entitled to free international delivery.
You can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed or defective COTTON & SAGO creation by mail. Returns made within 30 days of the order shipment date will be refunded to the original form of payment. Unfortunately any returns made after 30 days of the order shipment date will not be refunded or exchanged.
Once your return is received and inspected, the team here at Mr Prints will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days of the approval date.
COTTON & SAGO is totally committed to protecting the privacy of our site visitors and customers. Our team members are also customers themselves of other Internet sites and fully appreciate and respect the importance of privacy on the Internet. We will not disclose information about our customers to third parties except where it is part of providing a service to you - e.g. arranging for a product to be sent to you, carrying out credit and other security checks and for the purposes of customer research and profiling or where we have your expressed permission.
